Comfortable place for discovering Santo Domingo with pleasant staff from the porter at the door. Good-sized room and huge bathroom with a shower and bath sheets. Magnificent views towards sea.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was amazing and clean, had great views, the best location in the centre of the city. We enjoyed in-house restaurant for the included breakfast everyday.

This hotel met expectations! I had the apartment which was comfy and huge with a separate bedroom.

The room itself was big size here with television as well as bedroom. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered a huge variety of reasonably priced food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist me with any questions or issues I had. They even helped me arrange taxis and provided helpful advice about the area. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean towels provided daily. The pool area was also well-maintained, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, the location of this hotel was ideal, as it was close to various shops and amenities, making it convenient for me to purchase any items I needed.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was favourable and next to tourist destinations like Saona, the Zona Colonial, and the Dominican Republic.

The staff took great care of me and arranged transportation when I wanted to go out. The rooms were clean and the linen smelled fresh. I even got a relaxing massage for just $20. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was pretty nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The male staff, including the bartender/server Rafael and the guys at the front desk, were very kind and attentive. Our room had a nice patio right across from the jacuzzi, and the hotel offers tours to tourist destinations like Saona and safari trips. They even provide rides to the market in the morning. The pool patio is beautiful and the pool itself is not very deep, making it safe for children. The location of the hotel is great, with the beautiful malecon just across the street.
